Description
Light yellow-green in color, dry, with good structure and elegant acidity. Aromas of apple and ripe pear contribute to the character in taste and fruitiness on the nose.
Light-bodied and suitable for serving on various occasions as it easily pairs with a wide range of dishes – from white fish and seafood to pasta and various salads.
Serve at a temperature of 7-9°C.
