Description
Light to medium-bodied, low tannin dry wine. It exhibits a bright to moderate red color, with fruity aromas of red berries and a recognizable Burgundian earthy undertone. On the palate, it is exceptionally silky and viscous, a layered wine with an intense and concentrated bouquet and flavor.
Iuris Pinot Noir boasts immaculate balance, structure, and a long velvety finish, making it an excellent match for various preparations of chicken, grilled salmon or tuna, as well as soft and creamy cheeses such as Brie or Camembert.
Serve at a temperature of 14-16°C.
