Description
One of the world’s most renowned blends that combines the fruitiness of Merlot with the rounded complexity of Cabernet Sauvignon. It features an intense aroma of cherry, blackberry, moderate tannins, and light herbal notes. Well-paired with grilled or oven-roasted red meats, Dalmatian beef stew (pašticada), and game dishes.
We recommend it with hard cheeses such as sheep’s pecorino or cow’s Grana Padano.
Serve at a temperature of 16-18°C.
