Description
Deep dark red with blue undertones. Fruity aromas of black currant and plum. The influence of oak is evident on the nose, with mature fruitiness dominating. Full-bodied, aromatic, and with a smooth texture. The tannins are gentle, and the moderate dryness and acidity contribute to a rounded red wine with a balanced structure and a long finish.
Ideal with roasted chicken or turkey, mushroom risotto, soft cheeses, pork fillet, or chocolate mousse.
Serve at a temperature of 16-18°C.
