Description
Golden-yellow in color with high viscosity. Clear and transparent. Initially, the nose is somewhat closed, but over time, the varietal aromas of ripe juicy peaches and pears emerge, followed by overtones of toastiness with a hint of butter. Vanilla is subtly woven into the intense bouquet.
Very creamy, remarkably well-balanced, harmonious, and with a long finish dominated by the phenolics from aging in 500-liter Slavonian oak barrels.
Serve with grilled fish, seafood, veal, and pasta with creamy sauces and soft aromatic cheeses, at 10-12°C.
