Expressing intense minerality, with moderate acidity and a pronounced golden color. This blend combines the best of both varieties. It gives off a velvety sensation in the mouth.
Given the wine’s medium towards full body character, it pairs well with quality sausages such as garlic sausage or Debrecener sausage.
It also complements aged cow, goat, and sheep cheeses equally well.
Serve at 8-10°C.
