Sauvignon sumptuous, less intense – herbs and apple fruitiness. Excellent balance between Sauvignon and Welschiesling, Sauvignon is more dominant on the palate, with a clearer defined aromas. They live and edible acid are rising sugar in this dry blend. Aromas of fresh apples in the aftertaste are an ode to Welschriesling. It goes well with all light meals and cheeses.
