Description
Pale, yellow-straw color, medium viscosity. Clean, clear. The nose at the beginning is a little bit closed, but varietal aromas are appearing gradually. Ripe juicy peach and pear, and slowly coming aromas of toast with a mild taste of butter. With emerging vanilla and coconut, skillfully woven into intense bouquet. Minimal dose of minerality on the palate shows semi-full body, pleasantly concentrated and creamy, very harmonious, balanced and not too long finish in which phenolics of new barrique are dominating.
